Coram Deo

Coram Deo is a Latin phrse that means "before the face of God." In Bible study this year, we have been studying a wonderful book by Nancy Leigh DeMoss titled Lies Women Believe and the Truth that Sets Them Free. The phrase "Coram Deo" was a reminder in the book of what it means to function as our Creator designed us to live: Living all of life in the presence of God, under the authority of God, and to the glory of God. We decided what a better way to conclude our Bible study than to get together and paint this as a reminder to ourselves and our daily walks. Pictured here are...(top row) Julia Ostby, Jessica Stowell, Lauren Morris, Shannon Woods, (bottom row) Sarah Johnston, me, and Lindsay Terrell. (I didn't get very far in my painting :-)). This picture cracked me up...what are Lindsay and Sarah doing? Haha...too funny!
